Therapeutic massage designed to ease tension, support recovery and help your nervous system settle. Techniques are adapted to what your body needs on the day, from deeper work to slower, restorative approaches.

Gentle, grounding treatments that help you settle, reconnect and feel supported. You can book either Energy Healing or Reflexology depending on what feels right for you.

Waxing Hair Removal
Using hypoallergenic ItalWax for a clean, comfortable finish. A full range of body waxing is available, including male grooming and both male and female intimate waxing - services not widely offered in Eastbourne.
Lip and chin waxing is available on request.
Gentle, grounding sessions held in small groups, created to help you regulate, reconnect and feel supported alongside others. Each session is calm, accessible and focused on nervous‑system care.
