Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about treatments, booking, waxing, massage and general studio etiquette. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to message us or use the contact form.

Bookings & Payments

How do I book?

You can book online or contact us directly. Online booking is the quickest way to secure your appointment. Those of you on a monthly treatment membership will be promted to rebook at the end of your session, alternatively you can message or email us to book. 

I don't know what to book or, I have specific needs or concerns and i don't know what treatments are suitable?

You can book a complimentary 15 minute consultation. This can be in person or over the phone and gives you space to check suitability, ask questions, and get guidance on what to book and how long you may need.

Do you have WhatsApp?

Yes, you are welcome to message via WhatsApp, especially if you prefer not to leave a voicemail.

What payment types do you accept? 

We accept card, cash or Nadi-ida gift vouchers to settle the balance of your treatment at your appointment 

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. For direct bookings, payment links are sent and need to be completed within 24 hours.

Are deposits refundable?

Treatment deposits are refundable, as long as the cancellation policy is followed  (at least 48 hours prior to your appointment). Refunds are issued minus a small booking fee to cover card processing charges. Class payments are non refundable but can be gifted to another person

Im on a treatment membership, what happens to my monthly membership treatment if I cancel or forget to book ? 

The 48 hour cancellation policy still applies. If you cancel within that 48 hour period or do not book your treatment that month, you will unfortunately lose that month’s session. Just like a gym membership, the treatments are designed to be used monthly.

Do you accept walk ins? 

No, all treatments are by pre booked appointment only. You can book up to 1 hour before your desired time if availability allows.

Do you open on Saturdays?

Yes, typically two Saturdays per month, by advanced appointment only.

 

Before your appointment

Should I arrive early?

No, please arrive at your scheduled time, there is no waiting area, meaning you will have to wait outside until your scheduled appointment, this is also so that the previous clients experience is not interupted. 


What should I wear?

Comfortable and appropriate clothing for the treatment you have chosen.


Can I come if I am feeling unwell?

A common cold is fine, however if you have a fever, transmittable infection, are contagious or actively unwell, please reschedule as close to the 48 hours prior to your appointment as possible.


Do I need to complete a consultation form before my appointment?

Yes, your consultation form will be sent to you via email or text message after booking. This must be completed before you arrive, it helps inform the therapist of any health issues, ailments or points of focus, and prepare any tools (crystal grids, hot stones, sound bowls, etc) that maybe used to create the most beneficial treatment for you. 


Do I need to fill out a consultation form every time?

No, only if your health, circumstances or medication has changed, or if it has been six months or more since your last appointment.


Can I bring someone with me?

We normally work on a 1-1 basis as there is no separate waiting area outside of the treatment area. 

Treatments 

How long do I need to book for a full body massage?

A full body treatment with us requires 90 minutes - 2 hours, this is to give your nervous system and your musculoskeletal system the care it deserves, and address target areas more effitively.

Can I book if I am pregnant?

Yes, our therapists are trained in pregnancy massage (post 1st trimester), reflexology for women's health incl. pregnancy , and we will always adapt waxing services to your mobility and comfort as best as we can during your appointment. Please mention your trimester when booking your wax, restorative massage, reflexology or holistic therapy service.

What techniques do you use?

We use a range of therapeutic techniques for both massage and energy healing treatments. 

Massage: Deep Tissue, Remedial Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stones, Lava Shells, Aromatherapy, Reflexology

Energy focused techniques: Usai Reiki, Quantum Reiki, Crystal Healing, Breathwork, Sound Therapy, Smudging, Reflexology

Waxing: Tea-tree crème wax for large surface areas, Hypoallergenic hot / strip less wax for intimate and delicate areas. 

Do you treat men? Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

Yes, everyone is welcome, our therapists are even experienced in all areas of waxing for all genders. 

How should I be during my treatment?

You can be unapologetically exactly as you are. If you need quiet, want to talk, get emotional or even end up snoring, it is all perfectly ok. This is your treatment, your time, your space without judgment as long as you remain respectful to your therapist, however if you have booked waxing you may be be required to assist with skin stretch (especially male anatomy for intimate waxing) 

How long should my hair be for waxing and how long do results last?

Ideally 0.5 cm or longer. (think a grain of rice), results typically last without hair for 3-5 weeks depending on your hormones, any medications, genetics etc. .

Do you offer Tantra, sensual massage, or extras?

No, all treatments are strictly professional and wellbeing focused.

Do you have space for two people at the same time?

No,  our treatments are a 1:1 only, the size of the treatment space unfortunately prevents simultaneous treatments
