Terms & Conditions:

  • Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each month, quarter, or year, depending on which membership you choose. You can cancel your monthly or quarterly membership at any time by giving 1 month's notice before your next billing date. Annual memberships are non-cancellable before the renewal date.

  • Amethyst Hour Sessions (for the Soulful Escape Annual Membership) are limited to one per quarter (four per year) and must be used within the corresponding quarter.

  • Birthday Perk: The birthday perk must be redeemed within the month of your birthday.

  • Unused Treatments: Unused treatments do not carry over to the next month or quarter.

  • Seasonal Bonus Treatments: These are subject to availability and are provided at the discretion of Nadi-Ida.

  • Priority Booking: Available during peak times, but appointments are subject to availability.

  • Complimentary Treatments: Please see conditions of specific  membership 

  • Membership Cancellation: We kindly ask for at least 1 month’s notice before your next billing date if you wish to cancel your membership. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or online form) to ensure proper processing. After the notice period, your membership will be canceled, and no further payments will be taken.

  • Discounts: Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a booked treatment without prior notice (at least 24 hours), that treatment will be forfeited.
